Previous paralegal experience is strongly desired, but we are also open to considering law graduates at the start of their careers. The ideal candidate will be highly IT literate, adaptable, and creative, with a proactive and people-focused approach. The team currently consists of 10 legal advisors (including Partners, Senior Associates, Solicitors and HR Consultants) and 2 support staff. The team is led by Catherine Daw, and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients. Our Employment team mostly exclusively works with public sector and large employers, mainly supporting the NHS, local authorities, education and manufacturing sectors.

As a Paralegal in our Employment law team, you will be supporting our qualified legal advisors on a range of exciting employment tribunal and litigation matters. Working closely with our legal assistants also, you will be responsible for the creation of bundles and various legal documents. You will also have the opportunity to manage new client enquiries and even handling your own casework, with supervision.
